AIKAAAIKAA
Private membership · places by application

You have the money. Not yet the time.

AIKAA is a system for founders and leaders whose company grows faster than their calendar can bear. It shows where every hour goes, works out what it costs and moves the wrong hours to the right people – until your mornings are yours again.

  • A limited number of places a quarter
  • Applications read within 48 hours
  • Investment discussed once the fit is clear

What you are really buying

You are not buying an app. You are buying a Tuesday morning that belongs to no one else.

Nobody applies here for more to-do lists. People apply because the company has grown around them so tightly that they cannot step out of it even on holiday. Freedom is not rest. It is the chance to do better exactly what you want to do.

Your mornings are yours again

Your mornings are yours again

The first three hours belong to the work the company lives on – or to the sea. The calendar no longer decides for you.

The company runs while you are away

The company runs while you are away

Transfers, playbooks and definitions of done keep the work moving. Three weeks away is a plan, not a risk.

Present where you are

Present where you are

Home by six, phone in your pocket. The people around you notice the difference before the numbers show it.

The matrix

Every hour belongs to one of four squares

Two questions about every hour: did it make money, and did it leave you with energy. The answers place the hour in a square, and the square says what happens to it. There is no room for opinion – which is exactly why it works.

Delegation

Offload first

Cheap and draining. These hours leave first, and their leaving pays for everything after.

Replacement

Systematise

Expensive but draining. It does not move to a person but to a playbook: write it once, give it away.

Investment

Deposit

Does not pay yet, but charges you. This square disappears first in a busy week – and its disappearance explains the rest.

Production

Live here

Expensive and energising. The whole point of the membership is to get your week here. Not into balance – here.

↕ Cheap hour → Expensive hour↔ Drains you → Charges you

Nobody burns out from doing too much. It happens from doing too much of the wrong square, too many weeks in a row.

Inside

Real views from a demo workspace, not illustrations

Ward & Co is a made-up company whose owner's two weeks have been logged into the system. The structure is exactly what a member gets. Some areas are withheld: they open when the workspace is built from your week.

AI and notifications

You decide. Everything else happens in the background.

The AI never computes a number – the numbers come from your entries. It writes, sorts and flags. Every suggestion shows which row it rests on, and even without the AI the system answers by calculation.

Dictation in every field

Speak your audit, a transfer or a playbook. No audio is stored, only the text remains.

Entries classify themselves

Every block gets a square, money and energy as a suggestion. You just approve.

Transfer and playbook drafts

10-80-10 and a definition of done, written in advance from a row on the offload list.

The Monday digest

What the week said, what leaked and the one thing worth moving next.

Ladder diagnosis and year stress test

Where on the ladder you are now, and whether the year plan survives your own calendar.

Your own agent

An API and an agent gateway: an agent's power is never more than yours.

The system remembers so you do not have to

  • Audit ping

Asks about the block that just ended, never the one starting. Goes quiet at night.

  • A transfer running late

Reaches its owner before it can land back on your desk.

  • A red number

A scorecard miss surfaces by itself, routed to the person responsible.

  • Waiting promises

Every «I'll get back to you» gets a date, and the reminder goes out on time.

The application is five short steps. An answer within 48 hours, including when it is no.

Apply

The system

Thirty views, seven areas, one week

Every view answers one question and then gets out of the way. They are built as a whole: the audit feeds the transfers, the transfers feed the ladder, and the ladder feeds the week.

Time

Time audit
Two weeks, money and energy on every block, five ways to log.
DRIP matrix
The result of the audit, not a separate exercise.
Buyback rate
One number that turns hiring into a comparison.
Perfect week
The grid before the calendar, time off first.

Handover

Offload list
What leaves, to whom and in what order.
Transfers
10-80-10 and a definition of done, not «let's see».
Playbooks
Written once, run without you.
Replacement ladder
Five rungs in the right order.

Direction

10X vision
The version that does not fit inside the current week.
Preloaded year
Time off locked in before the calendar fills.
Power goals and scorecard
Few numbers, regularly, in view.

Business

Business audit
217 questions across seven areas.
Clients and client journey
Onboarding, instalments and every phase by department.
Rhythm and scoping
Quarterly objectives, Monday focus, project boundaries.

People

Team and 1:3:1
A problem, three options, one recommendation.
Hiring
By the ladder, with a paid test project.
Network
Who gives you energy, and where the boundaries are set.

Self

Seven pillars
The part whose loss only shows in a year.
Time assassins
The one way your particular week leaks.
Insights and agents
What the data says, and who logs for you.

The ladder

Replacement ladder: five rungs, in this order

The wrong rung at the wrong time is the most expensive mistake of the whole journey. The order is not a suggestion – it is the part that makes this arithmetic.

  1. 1

    Assistant

Inbox, calendar, travel. The cheapest hour leaves first.

  2. 2

    Delivery

The work the client buys. When it moves, time appears for sales.

  3. 3

    Marketing

Leads from a system rather than from your month.

  4. 4

    Sales

Only once delivery holds. In the wrong order this one breaks the company.

  5. 5

    Leadership

Someone else runs the day. You run the direction.

Why here

We are often asked whether this could be built in-house.

The question usually comes up in the second conversation, with the person's own audit already on the screen. It is a good question, and the answer is honest: parts can be built. Few people want to build the whole a second time.

AIKAA has been built with teams whose expertise is time management, hiring, leadership, finance, client success and AI. Every view has gone through several testers and stress-testers round after round, and every rule is written at the point where it actually holds.

In passing: your data stays yours too, with export at any time and access opened only personally. But that is not the point. The point is that from now on your time goes to what you started the company for.

Specialists at one table
Time management, hiring, leadership, finance and AI in one system, fitted together.
Rules that hold
A transfer cannot be handed off without a definition of done. Keeping a task needs a reason. The system holds the line when the rush tries to bend it.
A workspace built in advance
You do not start from blank. The workspace is built from your week, and the first weeks are unpacked together.

Who runs it

We log our own weeks before we ask for yours

AIKAA came from the same situation repeating in company after company: a person knew they were the bottleneck, knew what should move – and did not move it, because there was not a single number under the decision.

There is no view in the system our teams do not use themselves every week. That is the core of quality control: a useless column is noticed in our week before it reaches yours.

A limited number
Only as many places as allow every workspace to be built by hand.
Two languages
The whole system in Finnish and English, written in both.
Your data
Export whenever you want. A system that holds you hostage is a subscription.

Fit

A narrow door, on purpose

Apply if

  • You have a team, or the means to hire – otherwise a handover has nowhere to go.
  • Your week is full of work someone else would do worse and still well enough.
  • You are willing to log honestly for two weeks before judging anything.
  • You want the numbers unpacked with you, not more to read.

Do not apply if

  • You want time-management tips. This is handover, not efficiency.
  • You do not want to log hours. Without the audit there is no matrix and no rate.
  • You expect the system to decide who you hire. It calculates; you decide.
  • Price is the only question. It is a fair question – it is simply the third one.

Membership

Three ways to begin

Pricing is personal and covered in the conversation. It is sized against what one of your hours is worth – the arithmetic is done together.

Private

An owner or leader who wants their week back

  • Your own workspace, built in advance
  • A two-week audit unpacked together
  • Offload list, transfers and the perfect week
  • AI, dictation and notifications
Apply

Leadership team

The owner and the people the work moves to

  • Everything in Private
  • Team workspaces, 1:3:1 and the sync
  • Scorecard, rhythm and client journey
  • Hiring by the replacement ladder
Apply

Portfolio

Several companies, several operators

  • A workspace per company under one roof
  • A business audit for every company
  • Your own agent and API
  • A quarterly review of all of them at once
Apply

Places are limited because every workspace is built by hand.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is AIKAA?

AIKAA is a private system that maps where a founder's or leader's hours go, works out what one hour is worth and moves the wrong hours to the right people. It includes a time audit, the DRIP matrix, a buyback rate, transfers, playbooks, a replacement ladder, the perfect week, a scorecard, a business audit and AI.

Why do you apply?

Every workspace is built by hand from the week of the person who uses it, and the first weeks are unpacked together. That is why places are limited and filled by application.

What does the membership cost?

Pricing is personal and covered in the conversation once the fit is clear. It is sized against what one of your hours is worth.

How much time does the audit take?

Two weeks, a few seconds per block. You can log by dictation, a single line, the keyboard, by answering a ping or through your own agent.

What does the AI do?

It classifies entries, drafts transfers and playbooks, writes the Monday digest and flags anomalies. It always takes the numbers from your entries and never makes decisions for you.

Does it work in Finnish and English?

Yes. The whole system, the presentations and the AI work in both languages.

Can I use AIKAA without a team?

The audit can be done alone, but a handover needs somewhere to go. If there is no team yet, the first step is often an assistant, and the system calculates when it pays off.

Application
